I adore the entrepreneurs I work with. We are a bunch of big-hearted weirdos (I say "weirdos" with great affection, of course). Whether you work in coaching, or fitness, or quilting, we're surrounded by entrepreneurs who are determined to make people's lives better in all kinds of interesting ways.
So I want to ask... How are you showing up online lately? Are you posting things that are connecting with people? Does what you are posting feel authentic to you?
If things aren't feeling so great lately and you find yourself chasing trends, posting for posting's sake, or maybe just not posting at all (ahem. yeah. I see you...), try this little exercise: Grab a piece of paper and a pen. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Now answer this question: What does my audience need to know that I can help them with? Write without any self-criticism until the timer dings. Now circle each big idea you see on the page and start posting each of those ideas. One at a time! Let's not overwhelm people!
I'd love to hear what your experience is with this, even if it's "This wasn't really for me, but what I prefer is..." (as long as you're nice about it, I'm fine being disagreed with.)
